What do you need to pay for?

  • Entry and all drop-in activities are completely free! This is made possible by our funders (see below)

  • Priced items are sold by amazing local caterers

  • There is a free sausage sizzle (halal and vegetarian options included)

  • This event is organised by registered charity, Artists for Kids Culture. To learn more and donate to AKC, visit www.akc.org.au

What safety information is useful to know?

  • Lost Kids Area and the Information will be signposted at the event

  • First Aid is on site

  • Toilets on site

  • Wool Chill Zone is a space for anyone needing a quiet space

  • Security is on site, supported by Artists for Kids Culture event staff and volunteers

  • All event staff and volunteers have Working With Children Checks and are present to support a child safe and family friendly event.

Are there any other rules?

  • Young children must be actively supervised by parents and carers

  • This is an alcohol-free event

  • The emergency evacuation meeting place is outside. Attendees should follow all instructions provided by event staff (i.e. identifiable by fluorescent vests)
